Liability Waiver

By using Med Beauty Retreat to facilitate cosmetic and hair appointments in Uzbekistan and Turkey, you agree to the following.

1. Nature of our services

We provide a list of potential clinics, suggest a match, assist with scheduling, and forward records at your request. We are not a travel agency and not a medical provider.

2. How matches are made

Our founder, Irina Zolina, personally reviews your goals and suggests a suitable clinic. The final decision to select a provider is yours alone.

3. Payment and refunds

You pay the clinic directly. Because we do not hold your funds, refunds and disputes are handled by the clinic under its policies.

4. Your responsibilities

Disclose your full medical history directly to the provider. Do not rely on us to convey critical medical information.

5. Assumption of risk

International medical travel and procedures carry inherent risks, including serious injury or financial loss. You voluntarily assume these risks and accept responsibility for your decision.

6. Waiver and release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Med Beauty Retreat and its team from liability arising from the acts of independent providers. This waiver does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
